Confidence

Things I thought I couldn't do:

1. Write well
2. Finish College
3. Give Birth (around the 7th month, I think all mothers-to-be question it)
4. Be confident in a marriage
5. Cook
6. Sew well
7. Go to grad school (working on it...)
8. Make friends with the youngsters
9. Make a difference
10. Stand up for myself
11. Enjoy swimming in the ocean
12. Shovel the driveway
13. Let go
14. Write creatively
15. Be recognized for my work
16. Get to know a professor on a personal level
17. Open up
18. Install a closet organizer (seriously, those things are tricky...)
19. Run the show (family life, weddings, classes, stage, etc.)
20. Forgive
21. Move on
22. Be the bigger person
23. Accept my body for what it is (on most days)
24. Like the person that I have become (again, this is a most days type of thing)
25. Like feta cheese
26. Be comfortable in a group I don't know
27. Actually commit to doing the leadership conference
28. Be outgoing
29. Create an environment in which I feel secure
30. Regain a sense of worth and safety
31. Forgive my parents
32. Be a good mother
33. Remember the rules about the use of comprise and compose
34. Get an "A" in theory or anatomy I and II
35. Be a mother, a wife, an employee, and a student at the same time

And yet, here I am. I didn't think that I could do any of this... and yet I am. I did. And I will continue. I can't worry about tomorrow too much. In the grand scheme of things, it is, really, nothing big.
